About the Role

The coordinator will manage key recruitment lifecycle activities such as handling referrals, posting jobs, scheduling interviews, arranging travel, and overseeing candidate disposition and pre‑employment steps. Administrative duties include preparing correspondence, organizing meetings, and meeting compliance deadlines. They will also act as the Oracle Cloud (ORC) subject‑matter expert and collaborate with HR to deliver a seamless new‑hire onboarding experience. Participation in job fairs and recruiting events is expected, as is providing ad‑hoc reporting, analysis, and presentation support to talent acquisition leadership. Building effective relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and various organizational levels is essential. The role may involve other duties as assigned. • Coordinate recruitment activities: referrals, job postings, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, candidate disposition, and pre‑employment steps. • Prepare letters, documents, and facilitate meetings while ensuring compliance deadlines are met. • Serve as the Oracle Cloud (ORC) subject‑matter expert for internal customers and candidates. • Partner with HR to provide a smooth new‑hire onboarding experience, including reminders and training. • Represent Mortenson at job fairs and other recruiting events. • Deliver ad‑hoc reporting, analysis, and presentation support to talent acquisition leadership. • Build relationships with individuals across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
