About the Role

• Assemble clutch components and sub‑assemblies from specifications and drawings. • Operate multiple assembly stations, including automated and Co‑Bot cells. • Follow safety, quality procedures, and company policies. • Work overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays. • Perform housekeeping, 5S, lean activities, and minor preventative maintenance.

What You Bring

In this function you will assemble clutch components, sub‑assemblies, and assemblies using specification sheets, drawings, and work instructions. You will be cross‑trained to operate multiple assembly stations, including work around fully automated and Co‑Bot cells within a single shift. You must adhere to all safety and quality procedures, company policies, and work within established quality and quantity standards. The role may require a reasonable amount of overtime, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. A High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Relocation assistance is not available, and only candidates within a 50‑mile radius will be considered, except active‑duty military members who are exempt. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 35 lb regularly (floor to waist) and periodically up to 50 lb (waist to shoulder), stand for up to nine hours with scheduled breaks, and perform motions such as twisting, bending, squatting, and stooping. Maintaining work‑area housekeeping and participating in 5S, lean activities, and minor preventative maintenance are also expected. • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. • Reside within a 50‑mile radius (military members exempt). • Lift 35 lb regularly and up to 50 lb periodically; stand up to 9 hours.
