About the Role
• Lead field operations for all service and maintenance projects. • Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met. • Develop action plans to improve safety, reduce callbacks, and enhance technical support. • Generate field leads and support sales reps in selling upgrades and repairs. • Recommend and update maintenance documentation, methods, and processes. • Set and manage material and labor budgets within Otis guidelines. • Conduct field training to maintain a safe working environment. • Perform safety audits, jobsite inspections, and develop site safety plans. • Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders. • Forecast labor resources, uphold customer quality assurance, and improve efficiencies. • Build professional relationships with co‑workers, clients, and field staff.

What You Bring
The candidate must have at least a high school diploma (a bachelor's degree is preferred), thrive in a team‑oriented environment, and possess strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Comfort with Microsoft‑based software and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects are essential. • Hold a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills. • Elevator industry experience or leading field technicians is preferred. • Knowledge of elevator service contracting and estimating is desired.
