About the Role
• Manage electrical projects from conceptualization to completion, defining scope, schedule, budget, and resources. • Monitor progress, identify issues, and apply corrective actions to keep projects on time and within budget. • Oversee on‑site electrical installations, testing, commissioning, and handover of LT panels, MV panels, transformers, earthing systems, and LPS. • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities for seamless integration and execution. • Ensure designs and installations comply with local, national (e.g., NEC/BECOM, CEIG), and international electrical codes, safety standards, and quality specifications. • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain workmanship standards. • Maintain detail‑orientation and focus on delivering high‑quality electrical projects. • Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and site safety requirements. • Implement strict HSE protocols, conduct risk assessments, and perform site audits. • Enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams. • Apply strong problem‑solving abilities and make decisions in a dynamic environment. • Use electrical design software such as AutoCAD proficiently. • Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering. • Possess 6–8 years of experience in the electrical construction industry.
