About the Role
• Prepare and reconcile Bills of Quantities (BoQ) based on actual site quantities • Conduct cost analysis, prepare monthly financial reports, and support variance reporting • Assist in risk and value management and implement effective cost control measures • Measure progress of works, coordinate interim payments, and manage cash‑flow forecasts • Evaluate and negotiate variations, claims, and change orders • Review and register drawing revisions for cost and quantity implications • Attend site meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to discuss valuations and commercial matters • Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in preparing change orders and evaluating contractor claims • Liaise with the client on all cost and commercial issues, providing advice and updates

What You Bring
The company is seeking a qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Contract Administrator to support the construction supervision team on a major residential and infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees cost and commercial aspects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring contractual compliance and delivering value for money. • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline • Professional membership with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, UAE construction practices, and cost management tools • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills • Proficiency in MS Excel, CostX, or similar quantity surveying software
