About the Role

The Quality Control Inspector will inspect all aspects of incoming, in‑process, and finished manufactured equipment and sub‑assemblies to company standards, determining acceptance or rejection. Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, quarantining non‑conforming material, completing inspection paperwork, and reporting findings to supervisors. • Inspect incoming, in‑process, and finished HVAC equipment against standards and record results. • Review blueprints, schematics, or drawings to evaluate parts and assemblies. • Quarantine non‑conforming material and complete required documentation. • Utilize QC inspection paperwork and electronic systems for record‑keeping. • Prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to supervisors.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lb, sitting or standing for up to 95 % of work hours, and occasional exposure to hot or cold temperatures, dust, and mild chemical fumes. • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years related experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to read measuring tools. • Strong communication, organization, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand or sit for most of the workday.
