About the Role

Key responsibilities include assisting with returns handling, operating industrial scrubbers and other cleaning equipment efficiently and safely, and sorting corrugated materials for compacting and disposal. The role also involves sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash cans, and performing general cleaning duties to keep all areas of the facility sanitary and hazard‑free. • Assist with handling returns while following strict procedures. • Operate industrial scrubbers and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. • Sort and separate corrugated materials for compacting and disposal. • Sweep and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and prevent hazards. • Empty trash cans and dispose of litter and debris according to company policy. • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a sanitary facility environment. • Safely operate cleaning equipment and machinery. • Participate in a 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase plan with company match.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with a strong attention to detail, the ability to operate cleaning machinery safely, and excellent time‑management skills. Physical stamina for manual labor, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work various shifts—including evenings and weekends—are also important. • Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred. • Exhibit strong attention to detail and maintain a clean, safe environment. • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. • Possess physical stamina for manual labor, including lifting heavy objects. • Demonstrate a positive attitude and work well independently or in a team. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
