About the Role
In this position you will lead market research to uncover new leads, evaluate trends in the residential and home‑service sectors, and target high‑potential accounts. You will create and launch customized initiatives—such as Impact Rewards and Trade‑In‑Trade‑Up—to convert national accounts, while providing training and ongoing support to ensure adoption. You will also maintain strong relationships with the top 20‑30 national accounts, engage key decision‑makers, and collaborate with the National Residential PRO team to strengthen partnerships. Strategic alliances with national associations and major retailers like Lowe’s and The Home Depot will be leveraged to drive promotional programs and increase sales. • Conduct comprehensive market research to generate leads and evaluate residential and home‑service markets. • Identify high‑potential key accounts and drive growth using data‑driven insights. • Design and implement customized programs such as Impact Rewards, Trade‑In‑Trade‑Up, and Extended Warranty for national accounts. • Provide ongoing support and training to account representatives to ensure program adoption and loyalty. • Cultivate relationships with the top 20‑30 national accounts and engage key decision‑makers. • Establish strategic partnerships with national associations and leverage retailers like Lowe’s and The Home Depot for promotions.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related discipline (MBA preferred), brings at least eight years of sales experience with three years in a leadership role, and has a proven record of meeting sales targets. Required skills include leadership, strategic planning, advanced analytics, proficiency with Salesforce.com, PowerBi and Showpad, and the ability to manage budgets responsibly. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum 8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Strong leadership, team management, relationship‑building, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, PowerBi, and Showpad; strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Ability to manage budgets and maintain fiscal responsibility.
