About the Role

In this senior, hands‑on leadership role, you will act as the primary talent acquisition partner to divisional leadership, developing and executing recruiting strategies aligned with growth plans and seasonal demand. Although embedded within the business, you will remain part of Renuity’s centralized TA organization to ensure consistency, strong analytics, and shared best practices across markets. Collaboration with operations, sales, and installation leaders will be essential for proactive workforce planning. • Design and execute divisional recruiting strategy aligned with growth plans and seasonal demand. • Partner with operations, sales, and installation leaders to forecast hiring needs and build workforce plans. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of field recruiters, ensuring hiring velocity, quality, and candidate experience. • Champion inclusive, candidate‑centric recruiting practices and continuous capability building. • Build sustainable pipelines for design consultants, call‑center agents, installers, and production staff using job boards, referrals, trade schools, and local partnerships. • Collaborate with TA Operations and Marketing to launch sourcing campaigns and measure channel ROI. • Track and improve KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, source performance, and candidate experience using ASHBY ATS and analytics tools. • Analyze hiring and attrition trends to identify risks and process improvements, presenting insights to leadership.

What You Bring

• Require 7+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years leading high‑volume or field teams. • Must possess strong business partnership, communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred; ability to travel up to 25% across markets.
