About the Role

The Commercial Sales Consultant role focuses on driving new and additional business from existing and new SME customers within a defined geographic territory. You will manage roughly 500 SME accounts, respond to inbound enquiries, and self‑generate new sales opportunities through upgrades, new solutions, networking, referrals, and warm or cold calling. Managing selected lead sources and supporting new customer acquisition are also key responsibilities. Success in this role comes from building strong relationships with existing customers to uncover growth opportunities, while also sourcing potential new customers through proactive outreach. You will execute the channel’s customer contact strategy, generate leads, and collaborate closely with new‑business colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired accounts. • Manage ~500 SME accounts within a geographic territory, driving new and additional work. • Respond to enquiries and self‑generate sales leads via networking, referrals, warm/cold calling. • Build strong customer relationships to upsell and upgrade services. • Collaborate with new‑business colleagues for smooth handover of new customers.

What You Bring
