About the Role
As a member of the Plan to Fulfill (PTF) team, you will lead SAP deployments from design through go‑live, ensuring solutions align with business needs. Responsibilities include managing user acceptance testing, creating documentation, training users, and supporting the transition to operations. What You Bring
Success in this role relies on strong project‑management skills, deep functional SAP expertise, and effective stakeholder collaboration. You will champion best‑in‑class processes, deliver successful deployments, and act as a change agent within Agile project frameworks. Coaching and hands‑on training will be essential to motivate end users and ensure adoption. Candidates should bring at least ten years of experience in large enterprises, including eight years of SAP project work. Deep functional SAP knowledge, familiarity with material master data and related business processes are required. Strong analytical, communication and relationship‑building skills, along with a willingness to support standardization, are essential. • Apply strong project‑management, functional SAP expertise, and stakeholder collaboration • 10+ years experience in large enterprises; 8+ years SAP ECC or S/4 HANA project experience • Proficiency in core SAP modules: PP, MM, and IBP, including T‑Codes, reports, and Fiori apps • Knowledge of material master data and OTC, PTP, PTF, RTR business processes • Experience with engineering, production, manufacturing, planning, MRP, ATP, and forecasting • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and Agile project management skills • Coaching, hands‑on training, and ability to motivate end users • Preferred: 3+ years training/teaching experience and familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, Panaya
