What You Bring

You navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and bring a steady, solutions‑focused mindset to every challenge. • 3+ years of experience providing desk side support to Board members, Executives, and senior stakeholders, both onsite and remotely • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, mobile devices, and meeting room technologies • A composed and methodical approach to resolving issues under pressure • A track record of meeting SLAs and OLAs while delivering exceptional customer service • Experience producing clear documentation and reports for support activities and system configurations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all organisational levels • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with proven success in fast paced environments
