About the Role
• Operate haul trucks to transport shot rock from the pit to the crusher. • Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑shift inspections and document findings per company policy. • Perform routine servicing and maintenance of equipment as directed. • Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA/environmental safety regulations. • Perform general labor and cleanup duties on the ground and in the plant as needed. • Collaborate in a team environment and assist coworkers or supervisors with additional tasks. • Accept overtime and extended hours when required. • Provide valid I‑9 documentation and pass a pre‑employment drug screen. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company matching after one year of service.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have hands‑on experience with rigid‑frame or articulating haul trucks and must prioritize safety above all else. The position requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, tolerate high noise levels, and collaborate effectively with teammates and supervisors. • Communicate effectively and operate equipment with high competency and skill. • Prior experience with rigid‑frame or articulating haul trucks preferred; Komatsu 465 experience is a plus. • Work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate loud noise.
