About the Role
In this role you will greet and engage Bass Pro Shops customers and deliver compelling presentations that highlight vacation ownership benefits. You will establish trust, identify travel interests, and meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. You will provide concierge‑style recommendations of local attractions and discounted vacation packages, and participate in training to stay informed on our offerings. • Participate in ongoing training for career growth within a collaborative team. • Greet Bass Pro Shops customers and present vacation ownership opportunities. • Deliver compelling presentations and recommend local attractions and packages.

What You Bring
Vacation Sales Ambassadors must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility ensures we can meet customer needs during peak shopping times. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma (college a plus), has successfully passed a criminal background check, and brings at least one year of sales experience or a positive, learn‑ready attitude.
