About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is tasked with delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience for an assigned business unit, partnering with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment with overall business needs. • Advise hiring managers and HR on recruitment demand and develop tailored recruitment plans. • Create compelling job descriptions and source both active and passive candidates using ATS and modern channels. • Screen, interview, and move candidates through the recruitment workflow while maintaining accurate ATS data. • Leverage data and reporting to influence stakeholders and optimize recruitment processes. • Manage external agency partnerships when internal sourcing is exhausted. • Coordinate feedback, offers, and candidate experience while aligning hiring manager expectations. • Build the DP World brand through community outreach, college relations, and participation in job fairs.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent and 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience. • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficient with ATS, project‑management tools (e.g., Monday.com), Excel, and Microsoft Office applications. • Strong delivery focus, talent‑advisor mindset, and keen attention to detail. • Preferred: bilingual in Spanish for Americas hiring; sales/GTM recruiting experience is a plus.
