About the Role
• Originate projects to grow the Advisory & Consulting portfolio from concept to Pre‑FEED and Transaction Advisory services. • Achieve regional financial targets. • Build and lead a team to support Advisory & Consulting growth. • Manage client and external stakeholder relationships. • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve project‑level issues. • Lead client engagements throughout the project lifecycle. • Oversee successful execution and completion of APAC projects. • Review project obligations and manage changes, including variation orders. • Lead regional project management team and proactively manage risks. • Supervise project managers to ensure high‑quality, on‑time, budget‑compliant delivery. • Train, develop, and mentor the next generation of project managers.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. • Minimum 15 years of experience in energy or related industries, focusing on corporate energy transition, policy, regulations, or financing. • Proven experience delivering projects from concept to Pre‑FEED and providing transaction advisory services (technical and operational due diligence). • At least 3 years of team‑management experience in advisory or consulting, with a record of business growth. • Strong track record delivering high‑end advisory projects and managing key stakeholders. • Experience engaging executive‑level stakeholders, including government‑to‑government and government‑to‑business negotiations. • Ability to work in a ‘sell‑do’ model and strong self‑starter mindset. • Practical front‑end consulting experience (scoping, selling, delivery). • Demonstrated business acumen and financial literacy. • Strong team player capable of effective collaboration across teams.
