About the Role
The Journeyman Plumber is an essential member of our field team, responsible for skilled plumbing work that drives the success of every project. From layout and installation to pressure testing and final inspections, this role ensures plumbing systems meet the highest standards of safety, function, and quality. The position performs the full range of Journeyman or Master Journeyman duties for plumbing, piping, sheet metal, electrical, ironworking, and welding in the construction, finishing, repair, and related work of buildings. • Perform trade‑specific tasks on a construction site. • Oversee crew productivity. • Ensure schedules and deadlines are met. • Conduct layout activities as needed. • Perform material takeoffs when necessary. • Manage trade‑related material, tool, and equipment requisitions. • Execute planned maintenance tasks as assigned. • Perform equipment start‑up with accompanying documentation. • Conduct quality‑control inspections. • Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnostics.

What You Bring
Journeyman Plumbers are highly respected for their expertise, consistency, and commitment to craftsmanship. Their work keeps schedules moving, systems running, and clients confident, making them a vital part of every successful build. Work is performed in varied environments—including outside, dusty or noisy areas, high places, tight or confined spaces, and all weather conditions—and may require climbing, squatting, lifting or carrying up to 50 lb. • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred. • Journeyman or Master license required. • Good physical condition; ability to stand for extended periods. • Strong dexterity and eye‑hand coordination. • Aptitude for technical problem‑solving. • Familiarity with building codes and current regulations. • Ability to maintain a clean and orderly tools/work area. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Expert knowledge of trade tools, equipment, and materials. • Keen eye for detail. • Unmatched safety culture guiding daily operations.
