About the Role
Interns rotate through functional areas including Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration, where they execute project deliverables, analyze business processes, develop professional documents, and engage with employees and leadership to understand operational challenges and business drivers while adhering to a formal training curriculum. • Rotate through Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration functions. • Execute project deliverables and present findings to stakeholders. • Analyze business processes to identify improvement and growth opportunities. • Produce professional documents and communications on project outcomes. • Engage with employees and leadership to understand business drivers and challenges. • Contribute to financial decision‑making and strategic influence. • Complete all training curriculum tasks within the internship timeframe.
