About the Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders on complex infrastructure projects. You will provide essential support in quantity and cost estimation, project financial control, and contract administration across large‑scale developments, often in challenging environments. Your core duties include preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring they meet international standards and best practices. You will maintain strict contractual and commercial oversight, manage project risks, negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with both local and international regulations. Additionally, you will foster interdisciplinary and cross‑cultural collaboration while driving continuous improvement in general practices. • Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Ensure all estimates align with international standards and best practices. • Oversee contractual and commercial aspects of large‑scale infrastructure projects. • Identify and manage project risks while negotiating with stakeholders. • Verify compliance with local and international regulations. • Promote interdisciplinary and cross‑cultural teamwork. • Drive continuous improvement of quantity surveying practices. • Operate within a hybrid work model that balances collaboration and productivity. • Support an inclusive environment that values diversity and unbiased talent management.
