About the Role
In this role you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery while meeting agreed timelines and budget constraints. You will serve as the primary liaison among clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, driving effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead retail construction projects from inception to completion, meeting quality, schedule, and budget targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams. • Motivate and coordinate project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. • Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and proactively mitigate risks and issues. • Track project finances, ensure budget compliance, and provide accurate cost forecasts. • Implement robust quality‑control measures to meet client standards and expectations. • Identify and execute process‑improvement initiatives and innovative project‑management practices. • Conduct travel for site visits and project‑related meetings while managing multiple projects.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, and brings at least four years of project‑management experience in real estate or construction. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and strong knowledge of project‑management principles are essential. Preferred experience includes working in global matrixed organizations, familiarity with industry‑specific building codes, sustainability standards, and digital project‑management tools. A background in retail‑banking construction and a commitment to continuous professional development are valued. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. • Minimum 4 years of project‑management experience in real estate or construction. • Proficient with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and other project‑management software. • Strong knowledge of project‑management principles and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder engagement. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and sustain high‑performing project teams. • Exceptional organizational detail‑orientation and multitasking capability. • Ability to travel as required for project meetings and site visits.

Benefits
This on‑site position is located in Chicago, IL, with an estimated compensation range of $80,000 to $97,000 per year. The role does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
