About the Role

What You'll Be Doing: You will lead a small team of coordinators, coaching and mentoring new starters while supporting the current team on new processes or system changes due to contract wins. You will create or update process documents and deliver training, manage shift rotas, holiday and performance management, and act as the point of contact for escalations, ensuring stakeholder and team satisfaction. The role requires juggling workload, shifting priorities, and managing expectations both remotely and in the office.
