About the Role
As a Supervisor you will oversee housing operations, ensuring processes are efficient, safety standards are met, and customers receive a high level of service while adhering to budget and quality expectations. • Supervise contract activities to maximise productivity, profitability and client satisfaction. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality standards, timeliness and budget adherence. • Produce management reports on operational performance and initiatives. • Ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations and Mears standard operating procedures. • Maintain a professional customer experience in all communications and interactions. • Manage employee performance, provide coaching, and organise training where required. • Oversee allocation and maintenance of company assets including vans, tools, plant hire, uniform and PPE. • Apply knowledge of SOR codes to plan and allocate resources effectively.

The role offers an annual salary of up to £39,627, a company van and fuel card, and a full‑time permanent schedule of 42.5 hours per week (8‑5, Monday‑Friday) based in Margate.
