About the Role

In this role you will supervise the property entrance, greet arrivals, assist with luggage, deliver messages, and respond to guest requests such as room moves or inquiries. You will also maintain a clean and safe lobby, support other departments, and act as a safety and security advocate on the premises. • Supervise property entrance and greet arriving guests • Assist owners and guests with luggage handling • Deliver messages, respond to room move requests, and handle guest inquiries • Report problems or unusual activities to management • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lobby and front entrance • Fulfill reasonable requests from management and support other departments as needed • Use members’ names, preferences, and routines to create personal connections and explain amenities • Retrieve, transport, organize, and store luggage in designated areas • Explain room features such as key use, mini‑bar, safe, and laundry services • Drive, park, and retrieve various passenger vehicles, recording transportation requests • Advocate for safety and security by monitoring undesirable persons on the property • Participate in special projects and pitch‑in to help teammates

What You Bring

We are seeking a friendly individual who enjoys greeting guests and sharing the lively amenities of our resort. As a Bellperson, you will be the first point of contact, escorting owners and guests to their rooms to ensure a great start to their stay. The ideal candidate has at least six months of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, a self‑starting personality, and the physical ability to lift up to 150 lb and stand for extended periods. Prior Bellperson experience and a background in resort or hotel hospitality are advantageous. • Minimum 6 months customer service experience • Valid driver’s license • Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 150 lb and stand or walk for extended periods, including outdoor weather • Ability to respond quickly to work situations (run, walk, jog) with or without accommodations • Preferred: 1+ year Bellperson experience • Preferred: Resort or hotel hospitality experience
