About the Role

The Road Mechanic role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of equipment, including aerial work platforms, construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and have 3‑5 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required; a CDL may be needed in some locations. Key abilities include knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting fundamentals, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
