About the Role
The employee is responsible for the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and organization of products essential to the R&D lab’s operation, and conducts regular inventory of consumables to ensure continuous availability. Key duties include adhering to safety regulations, locating, processing, moving, and staging parts for projects, and operating equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and utility vehicles. The role also requires accurate inventory tracking of location, quantity, and quality, close collaboration with other departments to procure materials, and reporting process inefficiencies to the supervisor. The employee generates weekly reserve‑stock reports and corrects daily shortages. They also maintain the cleanliness and safety of the NAIC facility and attend monthly R&D support meetings. Work is performed in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure team environment within a temperature‑controlled lab and manufacturing facility. Conditions may involve dust, occasional chemical fumes, and physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, climbing, stooping, or prolonged standing. • Receive, store, and organize R&D lab products safely. • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain consumable stock. • Follow all safety regulations and report process inefficiencies. • Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and utility vehicles. • Track inventory location, quantity, and quality accurately. • Coordinate with other departments to acquire required materials. • Generate weekly reserve‑stock reports and correct daily shortages. • Maintain a clean and organized NAIC facility. • Attend monthly R&D support meetings.

What You Bring
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED and an AAON Forklift Certification are required.
