About the Role
The Light Duty Cleaner works the second shift under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor for C&W Services, performing a variety of custodial duties in line with established company standards and procedures. Typical duties include sweeping, mopping and buffering floors, vacuuming rugs, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning interior glass, windowsills and doors, sanitizing bathrooms and restocking supplies, collecting and disposing of trash, and removing snow from entrances as directed. Periodic tasks such as high‑dusting, polishing leather or wood surfaces, and wall washing are also performed. • Sweep, mop, and buffer floors using light and commercial equipment. • Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas in offices and public spaces. • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, picture frames, and perform high‑dusting as needed. • Clean interior glass, windowsills, doors, partitions, and specified windows. • Sanitize bathrooms, restock paper supplies, and monitor fixtures for issues. • Collect building trash, replace liners, and manage waste containers. • Remove snow and ice from building entrances and walkways when directed. • Perform periodic tasks such as leather and wood polishing, wall washing, and other assigned duties. • Operate portable vacuums and floor‑buffer machines safely. • Work cooperatively as part of a custodial team.

Benefits
