About the Role
The District Sales Manager role is a remote, outside‑sales position responsible for growing and maintaining business within an assigned territory. Leveraging pre‑engineered metal building expertise and strong communication skills, the DSM will develop strategic relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and meet annual sales growth targets through consultative selling and collaborative engagement. • Achieve sales and growth targets for the assigned territory. • Prospect and develop new customers to expand territory growth. • Manage a robust pipeline and advance prospects through the sales cycle. • Maintain accurate CRM records in line with company guidelines. • Build and sustain high‑level strategic relationships with existing customers. • Apply excellent time management and organizational skills to focus on high‑impact sales activities.
