About the Role
• Oversee maintenance of mobile, .NET, and Power Apps applications in the Pike portfolio. • Advance Procore integration, enhancements, and utilization across the business. • Ensure coding, architecture, and security best practices. • Manage additional products, projects, and development tasks as assigned. • Develop custom Procore applications and APIs to streamline field‑to‑office data flow. • Integrate applications with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and accounting systems to automate change orders and improve financial tracking. • Build Procore workflows and dashboards using Power BI to visualize project metrics. • Lead integration projects and optimize cross‑platform data synchronization. • Design and deploy scalable multi‑tier web applications for construction management. • Create data extraction scripts (Python, SQL) for business intelligence. • Implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) for rapid software releases. • Troubleshoot complex platform issues to maintain high availability. • Lead and mentor a team of direct, matrixed, and outsourced developers. • Allocate resources to meet project timelines and deliverables. • Develop supplier partnerships to enhance the Pike application portfolio. • Plan and execute development projects aligned with business objectives. • Monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders. • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

What You Bring
We are looking for an experienced Application Development Director to lead and manage the development and integration of enterprise applications. The role requires strong expertise in overseeing a portfolio of applications, products, and projects, delivering scalable solutions, managing development teams and matrixed resources, and driving integration initiatives. Effective interaction with business partners is essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Minimum 7 years application development experience, including 3 years in a leadership role. • Hands‑on experience with mobile frameworks and Microsoft technologies (.NET, Dynamics, Power Apps). • Proficient in SQL Server and integration frameworks/enterprise architecture. • Experience with Procore or similar project management software (preferred). • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP or other enterprise ERP packages (preferred). • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps (preferred). • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Experience in construction or energy infrastructure industries (preferred). • Familiarity with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices (preferred). • Ability to meet physical demands and follow safety policies. • Demonstrated self‑motivation, teamwork, customer orientation, and relationship management.
