What You Bring
• Access comprehensive support (accounting, admin, marketing, recruiting, IT, production). • 10+ years civil engineering design and management experience in Land Development. • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. • Extensive client contacts with architects, developers, land‑use attorneys, planners, owners. • Strong AutoCAD Civil3D technical skills. • Proven business development, proposal writing, scope definition, budgeting experience. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities at all organization levels. • Ability to manage and mentor staff, direct resources positively. • Demonstrated profitable project management track record. • Strong client engagement and problem‑solving focus.
