About the Role

Key duties include engaging with suppliers and conducting site visits to verify security requirements, acting as the primary point of contact for supply‑chain security matters, and supporting the manager in developing and maintaining physical and cyber security standards and procedures. The role also involves planning security‑assured visits, maintaining relevant databases, coordinating security breach investigations and managing records, as well as assisting with the transport of classified documents, components and products. • Engage with suppliers and conduct site visits to verify security requirements • Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain security matters • Support development and maintenance of physical and cyber security standards and procedures • Plan and schedule security‑assured supplier visits based on risk assessments • Maintain and update security‑related databases • Coordinate and administer investigations of security breaches, producing reports and records • Assist with transport of classified documents, components and products between Rolls‑Royce and the supply chain

What You Bring

Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, experience administering databases and reporting, and hold a full UK driving licence. Knowledge of security controls for Government Classified Information is advantageous, and applicants must be able to obtain a Security Check clearance (supported by Rolls‑Royce).
