About the Role
Associate Photographers are responsible for collecting media for Homes.com and Apartments.com, using a Pro 3 Matterport camera, digital photography gear, and iPads to create virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing photographs. Each photographer works within an assigned territory, follows scheduled appointments, and collaborates with clients, sales associates, logistics, and a remote Photography Manager. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro 3 cameras. • Produce residential photography for marketing on Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Coordinate appointment schedules with dispatch and client teams. • Survey assigned markets to identify and document commercial‑real‑estate inventory. • Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment use. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of captured media. • Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to 5 lb while driving and walking up to 8 hours daily.

What You Bring
The role requires up to eight hours of driving, standing, and walking each day, with occasional lifting of equipment up to five pounds and repetitive hand movements on tablets and cameras. Photographers must be able to work in all weather conditions and on a rotating weekend schedule. Candidates need at least two years of professional real‑estate photography experience, a recent photography degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. A FAA Part 107 drone license (obtainable within 30 days of offer), strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and excellent communication skills are also required. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management. • Hold at least 2 years of real‑estate photography experience and a valid driver’s license. • Possess a FAA Part 107 drone license (or obtain within 30 days of offer). • Demonstrate strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and communication skills.

Compensation includes an hourly wage equivalent to $49,000‑$50,000 annually plus performance‑based monthly bonuses.
