About the Role

The role provides immediate supervision to a team of customer operations staff, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining schedules and workflow to ensure efficient, high‑quality service delivery. • Supervise day‑to‑day operations of a customer operations team. • Assign, instruct, and monitor work to ensure timely completion. • Manage workload distribution, including support from other IBXs. • Oversee training on operational procedures, ticketing, safety, and quality assurance. • Supervise project teams to align with operational goals. • Troubleshoot and resolve faults, identifying root causes and implementing fixes. • Prepare incident reports summarizing troubleshooting findings for customers. • Provide hands‑on support and guidance to customers as needed. • Review cabling requirements, conduct site surveys, prepare cost estimates, and oversee installations. • Perform cable testing before handover to ensure quality and compliance. • Manage and brief vendors for installation, testing, and labeling to meet Equinix standards. • Conduct preventive maintenance on IBX equipment to maintain reliability. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and assign work across the team. • Apply strong knowledge of network and equipment platforms, systems, and circuits.

What You Bring
