About the Role
The Operational Pricing Specialist ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient application of Schneider Electric’s pricing agreements across the UK and Ireland markets. Working closely with the sales community, offer managers, channel leads, governance teams, and distribution partners, the role safeguards that customers receive the correct level of price support aligned with commercial criteria. The specialist drives business growth by managing the full lifecycle of pricing agreements, providing analytical insights, enabling transparency, and ensuring operational excellence in all pricing‑related processes. Key duties include reviewing and processing price‑support requests, managing the creation, renewal, and closure of long‑term pricing agreements, and acting as the central point of contact for all price‑related enquiries. The specialist develops deep expertise in Schneider’s global pricing tools, delivers reporting and analytics, and leads training sessions and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. All activities are performed in line with commercial policies and governance requirements. • Review and process price‑support requests accurately and promptly. • Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of long‑term pricing agreements. • Serve as primary contact for all price‑related enquiries. • Provide guidance on global pricing tools and condition types. • Deliver pricing reports and analytics to support data‑driven decisions. • Ensure compliance with commercial policies and governance requirements. • Lead training sessions and initiatives to improve pricing processes. • Make decisive, compliance‑focused decisions and clearly explain pricing concepts.

What You Bring
The role requires relevant commercial experience and confidence using process‑driven software such as SAP, CPQ, Salesforce, Outlook, and Tableau, with a willingness to quickly develop proficiency. Intermediate Excel skills, strong decision‑making, and the ability to clearly explain pricing concepts to internal and external stakeholders are essential.
