About the Role

The APAC Learning & Development role reports to the L&D Associate Director and is responsible for designing, implementing and managing learning initiatives that boost employee skills, performance and career growth across Asia. The position acts as the key link between HR and business needs, identifying skill gaps, creating materials, delivering training and evaluating effectiveness. • Communicate the regional L&D strategy and initiatives to stakeholders. • Embed the L&D strategy across the Asia business to deliver optimal outcomes. • Develop a cohesive, structured L&D offering for all disciplines and role levels in Asia. • Evaluate training effectiveness by analysing feedback and measuring ROI. • Tailor and deploy global L&D initiatives for the Asia region, updating internal databases. • Design, deliver and assess learning programs that build capability and drive performance. • Create engaging training materials, e‑learning content and blended solutions for diverse audiences. • Build strong relationships and collaborate with leaders, teams and external providers. • Manage Learning Management Systems and use analytics to monitor learning outcomes. • Support organisational change through learning interventions that build readiness. • Apply strong analytical and evaluation skills to recommend program enhancements. • Leverage digital learning technologies, virtual platforms and innovative remote‑learning approaches. • Manage multiple L&D projects, priorities and timelines while maintaining quality.

What You Bring

• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form to influence and engage stakeholders. • Hold a professional qualification in Training & Assessment, HR or a related field and at least 8 years of experience, including 3‑5 years in L&D within large, complex organisations.
