About the Role
The Industrial Sales Representative role focuses on growing market share in the industrial and utility sectors across an assigned territory, district or region. The position involves prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering sales presentations and integrating Sunbelt’s specialty business solutions into customer proposals. The representative also provides direction and motivation to sales teams within Sunbelt’s Specialty Businesses. • Prospect, cold‑call, qualify leads and set appointments to grow territory sales. • Provide sales direction, motivation and leadership to Specialty Business representatives. • Complete administrative tasks such as sales plans, reports and daily call logs. • Apply professional knowledge of business development, product marketing and sales. • Incorporate Sunbelt’s Specialty Business solutions into customer presentations. • Participate in a 401(k) matching program. • Use the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

What You Bring
• Demonstrate high energy, entrepreneurial self‑starter attitude. • Manage time, plan and organize territory activities exceptionally. • Sell to all levels of management with strong presentation skills. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field (preferred). • Possess at least 2 years of successful industrial sales experience; rental experience a plus. • Meet physical demands including lifting 50 lb, bending, squatting and working indoors/outdoors.
