About the Role
The Compliance team acts as the function’s conscience, ensuring that HSE commitments are delivered on time, effectively and to a high standard. It maintains governance, sets policy, drives strategic improvement, monitors performance and reports on assurance and investigations. As HSE Project Manager you will lead the delivery of structured global HSE improvement programmes, working with programme owners and key stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and under proper governance. You will manage a small team of HSE Change & Improvement Advisors, support owners in developing time‑bound plans, maintain documentation, motivate teams, create recovery plans when needed, and escalate risks to the Head of HSE Compliance. Additional duties include identifying impacted stakeholders, ensuring communication plans, supporting budget management, providing status reports for the Executive Team and Safety, Energy Transition and Technology committees, and reporting progress to the HSE Leadership Team. • Lead and project‑manage global HSE improvement programmes. • Manage a team of HSE Change & Improvement Advisors. • Support improvement owners to create structured, time‑bound plans and keep them on track. • Develop and maintain project documentation and recovery plans. • Identify, escalate and mitigate delivery risks to the Head of HSE Compliance. • Coordinate stakeholder communication and budgeting for improvement projects. • Report programme status to HSE Leadership and Executive committees.

What You Bring
Applicants should hold a relevant degree and have at least three years of project or programme management experience, preferably in health, safety or environmental improvement projects, with strong stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.
