About the Role
The Manager‑Technical for Property and Asset Management in Hyderabad will oversee the full suite of property‑management services at the site, ensuring smooth operations through innovation and technology. This role is responsible for guiding onsite manpower, budgeting, SLA/KPI monitoring, and vendor management to deliver effective service. Key duties include daily site rounds, maintaining health, safety, and risk‑compliance standards, handling emergency maintenance, and creating business continuity plans. The manager will also develop annual budgets, manage cost‑sheet submissions, and ensure accurate billing and vendor invoicing, while maintaining up‑to‑date documentation and drawings. Reporting directly to the Campus Manager, the role collaborates closely with regional, head‑office, SME, and training teams to close reports and uphold the “No Safety No Work” principle. Strong relationship management with projects, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and statutory agencies is essential for seamless operations. • Oversee all property management services and ensure smooth site operations using innovation and technology. • Guide, develop, and support onsite manpower; lead hiring and manpower planning. • Formulate budgeting controls, monitor SLA/KPI performance, and manage vendor quotations, invoices, and cost‑sheet submissions. • Conduct daily site rounds, maintain facilities, ensure health, safety, and risk compliance, and manage emergency maintenance. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities; create and submit daily and monthly management reports. • Develop annual budget, business continuity plans, and maintain updated documentation and as‑built drawings. • Provide exemplary relationship management and enforce a robust complaint management process.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates are analytical, meticulous, and possess excellent problem‑solving skills, with a keen ability to understand and manage people dynamics. They must demonstrate a strong eye for detail and the capacity to guide and develop onsite teams effectively. Qualifications include a degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and 15–20 years of experience in the facility, real‑estate, hotel, or construction industry, with residential site experience preferred. • Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with 15–20 years of relevant experience. • Strong analytical, meticulous, and problem‑solving abilities with expertise in managing people dynamics.
