About the Role
The role involves identifying improvement areas, implementing processes and best practices, forecasting tour flow, analyzing performance, and increasing tour quality and production to boost financial performance for each Business Unit. It also includes building and retaining a strong Regional Leadership Team, attracting top talent, and effectively training and motivating Retail Marketing Leaders. • Identify improvement areas and implement processes and best practices to drive consistent results. • Partner with Regional Sales and Marketing leadership to forecast tour flow and analyze performance. • Increase tour quality and production to improve financial performance of each Business Unit. • Build, attract, and retain a strong Regional Leadership Team of Retail Marketing Leaders. • Train, motivate, and develop retail marketing staff to achieve business goals.
