About the Role
In this role you will define and drive the experience vision for Data Delivery, shaping how data services connect to and enable core platform workflows across Autodesk’s AEC cloud applications. You will design complex, cross‑platform workflows, collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and design leaders, and ensure a cohesive, scalable experience across web and mobile surfaces. • Define and lead the end‑to‑end experience vision for the Data Delivery platform. • Design and evolve complex, cross‑platform workflows for web and mobile. • Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to align on shared outcomes. • Mentor early‑ and mid‑career designers and lead design critiques. • Ensure high standards of usability, consistency, and craftsmanship across the platform. • Collaborate with UX research to ground design decisions in user data and insights. • Prioritize work that delivers the greatest value to customers and the platform. • Develop domain expertise in data visualization, analytics, and information design. • Represent Data Delivery design in cross‑functional workshops, reviews, and strategic discussions.

What You Bring
The position reports to a UX Manager in the AEC Construction Platform organization. Preference is given to candidates in Toronto for hybrid/remote work, though fully remote candidates in the PT‑to‑ET time zones across Canada are considered. Applicants must include a portfolio with password or access instructions. Minimum qualifications include 12+ years of professional experience as a UX/Product/Experience Designer, a background in designing SaaS or cloud‑based products, strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities, proficiency with tools like Figma, and demonstrated success working in complex, cross‑team environments. Preferred qualifications are experience designing data‑rich products such as dashboards, analytics, or reporting tools, a strong foundation in data visualization and information design, the ability to leverage customer research and feedback to guide design decisions, and experience operating at a platform or systems level beyond individual features or screens. • 12+ years of professional experience as a UX/Product/Experience Designer. • Experience designing SaaS or cloud‑based products. • Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills. • Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools such as Figma. • Proven ability to work effectively in complex, cross‑team environments. • Experience designing data‑rich products, dashboards, analytics, or reporting experiences. • Strong background in data visualization and information design. • Ability to use customer research and feedback to inform and validate design decisions. • Experience operating at a platform or systems level beyond individual features.
