About the Role

As a Project Management Advisor, you will execute international projects ensuring they meet budget, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. You will accurately plan and report the financial status of each project, comparing actuals to forecasts, and manage IKTVA and LCGPA local‑content score calculations in line with official frameworks on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Your duties include maintaining full traceability and documentation for all local‑content calculations, acting as the single point of accountability for score accuracy, and defending audit queries. You will analyze cost structures, spend classifications, payroll localization, and supplier data to validate financial inputs, identify improvement areas, and support internal and external audits with Saudi Aramco, LCGPA, and third‑party assessors. • Execute global projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards. • Plan and report project financial status (actual vs forecast). • Calculate, report, and submit IKTVA and LCGPA local‑content scores per official frameworks. • Ensure full traceability and documentation for all local‑content calculations. • Analyze cost structures, spend classification, payroll localization, and supplier data for accurate scoring. • Identify and implement improvements to IKTVA/LCGPA scores without increasing spend. • Support internal and external audits, preparing responses to audit queries. • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations, and Legal to reconcile required data. • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and score trackers for leadership visibility. • Maintain governance controls to minimize submission errors and compliance risk.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance (master’s preferred) and possesses advanced certifications such as FMVA or CBAP. A minimum of seven years’ experience in financial analysis, advanced modeling, audit support, and data validation in regulated environments is required, along with strong technical and professional skills including Excel mastery, financial controls, attention to detail, and clear communication. • Strong command of financial modeling, advanced Excel, dashboards, and data analytics. • Solid understanding of financial controls, audit trails, and compliance requirements. • High attention to detail and ownership of deliverables under tight deadlines. • Clear communication of complex financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders.
