About the Role
• Work closely with the client’s team to maintain high‑quality presentation of premises • Ensure a healthy and safe work environment, preventing accidents and injuries • Serve as the primary contact with building management for premises issues • Prepare large internal meetings by setting up rooms, equipment and catering • Manage day‑to‑day operations of utility areas, kitchen and reception zones • Keep meeting zones and common areas clean, tidy and ready for use • Oversee stationery and kitchen supply inventory • Greet visitors professionally, manage registration and notify staff of arrivals • Implement and maintain security and safety processes in line with local legislation • Act as local First Aid representative and keep First Aid qualifications current • Secure handling of personal data per privacy policy
