About the Role

Key responsibilities encompass operating various heavy equipment, adhering to safety protocols, maintaining equipment and work areas, and collaborating effectively with the crew. • Operate equipment such as blade, dozer, loader, scraper, forklift/telehandler, crane, bobcat/skid‑steer, boom lifts/aerial lifts, and roller. • Follow prescribed safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area. • Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, fueling, and cleaning of equipment. • Observe equipment operation to detect malfunctions and follow work plans and pre‑task cards. • Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, procedure documents, and load charts. • Apply basic mathematical skills for equipment‑related calculations.
