About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to managers and other staff by handling phone calls, greeting visitors, managing mail, preparing correspondence, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and generating reports. This role requires a high level of confidentiality and the ability to perform other job‑related duties as assigned. • Answer telephones, provide information, and route calls. • Greet visitors, determine purpose, and escort to appropriate personnel. • Read and distribute incoming mail. • Respond to information, material, or business requests. • Compose and prepare routine correspondence. • File correspondence and records. • Schedule appointments for manager and staff. • Compile and maintain standard and statistical reports. • Maintain highest level of confidentiality.
