About the Role
Reporting to the VP of ITP, the manager will lead the Pipes, Ducts and Flex Joints element of the ITP relationship, blending strategic procurement with in‑contract delivery. The role involves driving cost reduction, enhancing supplier performance and shaping partner management through data‑driven analysis and complex negotiations. • Lead commercial negotiations to finalize terms for Life of Type exclusivity contracts. • Act as the commercial point of contact for a major parts transfer, consolidating a supply chain of over 2,500 part numbers into ITP. • Negotiate complex open claims to protect the company's position while creating long‑term value. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop cost‑out and value‑creation initiatives, including disruptive technologies and sub‑tier supply chain optimisation. • Champion continuous improvement by promoting standard work, lessons learned and smarter ways of working across Procurement. • Motivate and develop a team of ten Buyers as part of a group of four PCMs, building confidence and professional capability. • Provide visible leadership on safety, ethics and compliance, embedding these principles in all team activities.

What You Bring
The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, a structured work ethic and a strategic mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment and solving complex problems. Essential qualifications include experience in direct or indirect procurement within a regulated or complex industry, a degree or CIPS accreditation, and proven senior‑level negotiation and leadership capabilities. • Experience in direct or indirect procurement within a regulated or complex industry. • Degree (BA level) and/or CIPS qualifications. • Excellent collaboration skills with Supplier Management, Finance and General Counsel teams. • Track record of senior‑level negotiations delivering commercial value. • Expertise in relationship management, in‑contract cost reduction and team leadership. • Understanding of Total Cost of Acquisition, product cost lifecycles and commercial levers.
