About the Role

• Plans and develops medium-to-large projects with many complexities under minimal supervision. • Coordinates project teams throughout all design phases. • Interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates assignments. • Works closely with Principals and Project Leaders to prepare and develop technical documents across a range of project types and scale. • Develops solutions to design assignments and technical problems. • Leads technical coordination of project drawings and documents with all internal team members and design subconsultants. • Participates in drawing QA/QC efforts and provides feedback to junior staff on best practices. • Leads initiatives and activities that strengthen the firm’s culture, knowledge base, and capabilities.

What You Bring

• Demonstrates ability to work on multiple projects while meeting budget and schedule constraints. • Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution. • Minimum 8 years of related experience. • Required architectural licensure (maintained through required LUs). • Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture 2022, with ability to annotate plans and details. • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore, and CMAP scheduling, job costing, accounting, and invoicing functions. • Actively seeking LEED accreditation and participation in industry events. • Ability to read, write, and understand English for job‑related communications.
