About the Role

The Human Resources position operates with minimal supervision, handling routine to complex tasks, projects, and research while contributing to strategic HR initiatives, policy development, and process improvements, and providing expert guidance across HR functions. • Serve as strategic HR partner and primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns. • Manage new hire orientation and onboarding, continuously improving process efficiency. • Administer benefits enrollment, reporting, audits, and act as liaison with providers; analyze trends and recommend enhancements. • Maintain HR systems, records, and employee transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance. • Conduct stay interviews and new hire check‑ins, analyzing feedback for improvement opportunities. • Maintain market compensation data and assess salary rates against market benchmarks. • Support development, communication, and implementation of HR policies; advise employees on procedures. • Plan and implement training, professional development, employee engagement activities, and special events. • Respond promptly to verification of employment requests, unemployment claims, and other inquiries. • Contribute to HR program administration, recommend process improvements, and ensure legal compliance. • Facilitate employee separations and conduct exit interviews as needed. • Assist with employee complaint investigations and response. • Coordinate company-wide HR functions including employee relations, compensation, training, performance management, and special projects. • Participate in performance management, providing guidance on performance and behavior issues. • Research HR-related issues and provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision‑making. • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations. • Support team results by assisting with HR tasks and projects as required. • Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program and maintain an on‑site presence to assist managers and project teams.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of related experience, with certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP considered a plus. They must demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, problem‑solving, and judgment skills, maintain confidentiality, and possess deep knowledge of HR policies, employment law, compensation, and benefits.
