About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties you will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues—including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing—maintaining interior and exterior areas to company standards and compliance, responding promptly to service tickets, and communicating professionally with residents and office staff about repairs and updates. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and legal compliance. • Respond quickly to maintenance service tickets.

If you’re skilled, motivated, and committed to keeping our residents’ homes in excellent condition, we want you on our team. We expect candidates to hold a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, be within a 30‑minute commute, preferably have HVAC/EPA/CFC certification, and possess at least one year of related experience or an equivalent education‑experience combination. • Communicate repair status clearly with residents and office staff. • Be on‑call for emergencies and adaptable to schedule changes. • Hold a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and live within 30 minutes of the property. • Preferred HVAC/EPA/CFC certification; at least one year related experience or equivalent.

Benefits
Compensation includes a base pay of $20‑$24 per hour, up to a 50 % rent discount, shared renewal commissions, a $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials stipend, on‑call appreciation $15 per day, medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off including holidays and sick leave. The regular schedule is Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM, with paid rotating on‑call duties and availability for emergency events; the schedule may change based on business needs. • Earn $20‑$24 hourly plus up to 50 % rent discount and renewal commissions. • Receive $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials stipend and $15 daily on‑call appreciation. • Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and generous PTO including holidays. • Work Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM with paid rotating on‑call rotation.
