About the Role

The Workplace Consulting Analyst joins a dynamic team that helps organizations optimize their workplace environments. The role supports consulting projects by researching, analyzing employee data, and preparing strategic documentation that informs workplace decisions. Analysts collaborate with clients through workshops and presentations, contribute to employee‑engagement initiatives, and stay abreast of emerging workplace‑technology trends. The position provides a solid foundation in workplace strategy, data analysis, and change‑management. • Prepare qualification packages, proposals, meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports. • Organize project files and maintain comprehensive project databases. • Collect, review, and summarize project data using spreadsheets and databases. • Conduct secondary research and create presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Document outcomes from stakeholder workshops and presentations for Workplace Consulting & Change Management. • Design, supervise, and analyze staff surveys; produce detailed survey reports. • Contribute to employee‑engagement initiatives that improve workplace satisfaction and inform strategic planning. • Produce deliverables using word processing, spreadsheet, and graphic applications while staying current with workplace‑technology trends. • Travel may be required; overtime may be required.

What You Bring
