About the Role

Your core duties include generating interest in the community by touring the property and answering questions about amenities and the local area, highlighting the quality of the community to drive sales, and assisting prospects with qualification by collecting information and initiating background checks. You will also ensure apartments are ready for move‑in, deliver exceptional service to exceed resident expectations, and handle office tasks and paperwork related to apartment rentals. • Collect prospect information and initiate background checks • Prepare apartments for move‑in and ensure readiness • Provide exceptional service to retain residents • Manage office paperwork and coordinate rental documentation • Communicate effectively and deliver outstanding customer service • Maintain professionalism, organization, and meet deadlines • Follow company policies and work collaboratively as a team player
