About the Role

The role focuses on facility support, including scheduling preventative maintenance, managing both hard and soft services, and responding to emergency maintenance calls. You will escort and supervise suppliers on‑site, assist with furniture delivery, disposal, and storage, and help set up and break down corporate events. Daily facility walk‑throughs, monthly safety inspections, and various administrative projects are also part of the responsibilities. In addition to facility tasks, you will coordinate sustainability initiatives by monitoring projects with the Program Manager, collecting and reporting key environmental data, and reviewing Environmental Roadmaps quarterly with site FM leads. Using the Corrigo CMMS tool, you will ensure compliance with preventative maintenance schedules and provide feedback for improvement. Supporting the deployment of communications, trainings, documentation, tools, and governance also falls under this coordination. • Schedule preventative maintenance with vendors monthly/quarterly. • Manage hard and soft services across the site. • Respond to emergency and urgent maintenance calls. • Escort and supervise on‑site suppliers. • Assist with furniture delivery, disposal, and organized storage. • Set up and break down corporate events. • Perform small maintenance tasks such as hanging artwork or repairing furniture. • Conduct daily facility walk‑throughs and monthly safety inspections. • Support administrative projects and other assigned duties. • Monitor sustainability projects with the Program Manager and ensure regulatory compliance. • Collect, track, and report key sustainability and environmental data. • Review Environmental Roadmaps quarterly with site FM leads. • Use Corrigo CMMS to monitor preventive maintenance compliance and provide feedback. • Deploy communications, trainings, documentation, tools, and governance. • Provide outstanding internal and external customer service. • Manage client relationships and prioritize facility use based on business needs. • Perform physical tasks including walking and lifting up to 35 lb.
